Personal Data Processing Policy
General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Sole Proprietor “Chyzh Yevhen Ihorovych” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal, and family secrets, as the most important goal and condition of its activities.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://chyzh.agency.
Key Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computing technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website – a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their accessibility on the Internet at https://chyzh.agency.
2.4. Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases, and the technologies and technical means for their processing.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions that make it impossible to determine the ownership of personal data without additional information.
2.6. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator – a public authority, municipal body, legal entity, or individual that, independently or jointly with others, organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable user of the website https://chyzh.agency.
2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://chyzh.agency.
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means.
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, or to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity.
2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with the inability to further restore the content of personal data in the information system and (or) the destruction of tangible media containing personal data.
Personal Data Processed by the Operator
3.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
- Full name (surname, first name, and patronymic);
- Email address;
- Phone numbers.
3.2. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.3. The data mentioned in the Policy are collectively referred to as “Personal Data.”
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and events. The User can always opt out of receiving such informational messages by sending an email to info@chyzh.agency with the subject “Unsubscribe from new products, services, and special offers notifications.”
4.3. Anonymized user data collected via internet analytics services is used to gather information about users’ actions on the website, improve the website’s quality and content.
Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if it is submitted by the User independently through special forms on the website https://chyzh.agency. By filling out these forms and/or submitting their personal data, the User agrees to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data of the User if this is allowed in the User’s browser settings (such as enabling cookie storage and JavaScript technology).
Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the current legislation on personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the fulfillment of legal obligations.
6.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to info@chyzh.agency with the subject “Personal data update.”
6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to info@chyzh.agency with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”
Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Before initiating the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to which the transfer is intended provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet these requirements may only be carried out if there is a written consent from the personal data subject for the cross-border transfer or in the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
Final Provisions
8.1. The User may obtain any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at info@chyzh.agency.
8.2. Any changes to this personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.
