DescriptionSadok.app is the first Ukrainian mobile CRM application for kindergartens, development centers and clubs. The platform provides a complete interaction cycle between preschool institutions and parents: from children’s profiles to automated payments and reports. Developed with focus on convenience, European-standard data security and monetization of additional services for facilities.
Task and realisation
Preschool institutions faced critical problems: fragmented communication with parents via SMS, Viber and paper schedules, manual payment processing for basic services and clubs, lack of centralized attendance analytics and difficulties with service personalization. It was necessary to create a unified mobile ecosystem for Android/iOS with three access levels (parents, staff, administrators), payment system integration, group chats and reports to standardize processes and increase conversion of additional services.
What was done:
Developed modular architecture based on “Information + Services + Management” formula: created child profiles with development cards, attendance calendars with automatic timesheets, group and personal chats, photo/video galleries with smart distribution, automated payment processing for clubs and partner marketing for monetization.Ensured data encryption according to European standards, fast facility onboarding in 1 business day and 30-minute staff training via video tutorials.Interface adapted for mobile devices with personalization and flexible access roles.Developed two modules: “Info” (basic functionality) and “Service+” (extended with finances).
