aquapro.ua — a water store on Laravel: moving off WordPress and smart order logic
We moved an artesian water producer’s online store from WordPress to Laravel while keeping the database — and built in complex business logic: formula-based prices, delivery ranges, the AquaPro Club bonus system, promo codes and a referral programme.

Modernise a live water store and move it to Laravel
AquaPro (“Aqua Pro”) is a Ukrainian producer of artesian drinking water, operating since 2009 with its own production and delivery across Kyiv. The store ran on WordPress and hit a ceiling: complex pricing, bonuses and promotions were hard to develop, and the mobile version and filters had bugs. The brief was to modernise the online store and move it to Laravel while keeping the existing database.
The hard part was the logic, not the design
WordPress → Laravel migration
We moved the site to Laravel and connected the existing database — customers, orders and history stayed in place.
Formula-based water pricing
Water prices change without a developer: individual formulas for each water type, plus the option to switch a product to a plain fixed price.
Delivery range logic
Slot selection accounts for holidays and weekends; the nearest ranges become unavailable automatically when the cart contains specific items.
AquaPro Club bonus system
A full loyalty programme with bonus accrual and a dedicated page explaining the rules.
Promo codes and cashback
Promo codes generated as cashback towards the next orders, plus a “Refer a friend” programme with automatic accrual.
SMS registration
Phone number confirmation by SMS at sign-up, with spend controls so the budget is not wasted on messaging.
Promotions without a developer
Adding and removing promotions on a dedicated page and in the homepage rotation; the promotional cart is assembled automatically.
Registration and checkout, separated
We split registration and checkout into stages and fixed bugs in the mobile version and filtering.
Equally comfortable on desktop and phone
The mobile version was rebuilt from scratch — banners, catalogue and filters work correctly on every screen.

Catalogue, product page, cart
A filtered catalogue, a product page with a quantity and price calculator, a cart and a customer account — all on Laravel.

What it runs on
This was not “one more store”: we moved a live business onto a flexible platform where a marketer manages prices, promotions and bonuses without a developer. From there the domain is handled by the SEO/GEO team.
