I’ve been in sales since 2015. I started at the outsourcing sales call-center Eternal Sales, then ran the recruitment agency WorkNote as CEO. Since August 2018 I’ve been running new projects at Chyzh Agency (back then ECHIZH).
My job is to understand the client’s needs and constraints, the challenges their market puts in front of them, and build a technical or marketing solution on that foundation. Clients come from the EU, the US, the Middle East, and Ukraine.
A real quality signal for us: almost every client continues with us on new products after we deliver the first one. That’s why I don’t sell “service packages.” First comes understanding the task, then shaping the solution.
I've worked in sales since 2012, and for the last 7 years I've owned new project intake at Chyzh Agency. My job is to understand the client's needs, their capacity, the market pressure they're under, and then build a technical or marketing solution around that.
