SEO for Corporate Websites

We work systematically on organic growth: a flow of qualified inquiries from search, not just rows in Google’s top results. A technical foundation, service-page structure, content, and external trust signals. First movements in traffic are usually visible within 2–3 months; a fuller effect on inquiries comes within 4–6 months of steady work.

Scope of work

What corporate website SEO covers

The parts don’t work in isolation — they form a system where one weak link slows the whole project. SEO for a corporate site isn’t built to a landing-page or online-store template: what matters here is the depth of the structure, clear service pages and a technically mature site.

SEO componentBusiness effect
Technical auditThe site indexes correctly and loads fast — fewer lost pages and a better page experience.
Semantic coreEach query cluster becomes its own page for a real need; more entry points from commercial queries.
Structure and architectureURL logic and services expanded into sub-pages — broad semantics covered without cannibalization.
Service page optimizationHeadings, copy, markup and CTAs walk the visitor towards an inquiry, not just a click.
Internal linkingLink weight spreads across priority pages and the user follows a route towards conversion.
External trust signalsSolid link building and mentions in industry sources build the domain’s reputation.
Analytics and inquiry trackingGA4 goals and regular reporting show which query or page produced a real inquiry.

This is ongoing work on the project: we refine the strategy as we go, test hypotheses, and concentrate effort where the business effect is real.

Difference

How corporate website SEO differs from template SEO

Template SEO solves generic tasks. A corporate site with a complex service structure needs a different level of work — tied to business goals and inquiries.

Template SEOCorporate SEO
Priorities follow the algorithm; the easier pages get taken firstPriorities follow the business: we start with the pages that bring real inquiries
Runs separately from the sales teamThe strategy is built around the funnel and the B2B customer’s path
The report is about rankingsThe report is about how many organic inquiries came in and how good they were
One work template for any siteManaging changes across hundreds of pages without departments clashing
A fixed set of tasksA flexible strategy: hypotheses get tested and directions revised by result
Technical foundation

What a corporate website can’t grow without

For a site with dozens or hundreds of service pages, technical errors multiply by scale. The technical foundation is laid first and reviewed regularly.

Indexing

Correct robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and canonical directives — so that only the right pages reach search.

Performance

Core Web Vitals are part of page experience: we keep the metrics healthy because they affect user behavior. Good CWV on their own don’t guarantee rankings.

Mobile version

Google evaluates a site primarily in its mobile form.

Microdata

Schema.org for the organization, services, and FAQ is semantically useful — it helps search understand the content. A visible FAQ snippet, however, isn’t guaranteed.

Structural cleanliness

Mass 404s, internal links to unavailable URLs, and incorrect duplicates complicate crawling and worsen navigation; templated title/description hurt relevance and snippets.
Structure and content

Service pages that bring inquiries

Semantics isn’t a keyword list but the backbone of the architecture: one direction, one page, one intent, one path to conversion. The site then covers broad semantics without cannibalization, and every page ranks for its own cluster.

Anatomy of a corporate service page
USPwhy the service pays off for the client right now — short, at the top
What’s includeda specific list of work, no “and so on”
Trustcases, result figures, client reviews
Objectionsanswers to the usual doubts: timelines, price, guarantees
Internal linkslinks to relevant cases and blog material
CTAa clear call with an obvious next step, plus a form

Cluster = page

Each query cluster maps to its own service direction. Five directions mean five landing pages, not one catch-all.

Architecture built around services

The expansion logic: “audit → audit for manufacturing → audit in Kyiv” — each sub-page answers its own query.

Internal links

Service pages point to relevant cases and blog material, and the cases point back to services and to the form; link weight then follows the route towards conversion.

External trust signals

Publications in industry media, topical directories and rankings, guest material, digital PR — judged by relevance and quality, not by count.
Process

How we run an SEO project: the first quarter

Each stage builds on the one before it, and you can check the result at every level.

06
Analyticsa report on KPIs and inquiries

Month one — analysis and the technical base

A technical audit (speed, indexing, errors, mobile), competitor analysis in the results, the semantic core, and technical fixes put in order of priority.

After the fixes — visibility grows

Service pages optimized (structure, metadata, headings), a content plan for the target clusters, and link building started on industry sites.

The monthly sprint — support and scaling

Rankings and traffic monitored, CTR, bounces and conversions analyzed, hypotheses tested, and a monthly report on KPIs and inquiries with next month’s plan.

If the client has their own dev team, we hand over clear specs and keep an eye on the rollout. If not, our own developers make the technical fixes, with no outside contractors.

Results and timelines

What to measure and when to expect an effect

Visibility in Google → more visits → more inquiries → sales. To see that link instead of guessing at it, you need one analytics setup running from search to CRM.

01
Visibilityrankings for commercial queries (GSC)
02
Visitan organic visitor (GA4)
03
Inquiryform, call, chat (call tracking)
04
Leada qualified lead in the CRM
05
Saledeal closed + channel ROI
01
Organic traffic
How many people arrive from search and how that moves month to month (Google Search Console, GA4).
02
Leads from search
Forms, calls and chats that came from organic (call tracking + CRM).
03
Page conversion
The share of visitors who left an inquiry or moved on to contact.
04
Non-brand traffic
Growth in queries without the company name shows new audiences are being reached.
05
Channel ROI
Cost per lead from organic compared with paid channels.

The effect builds up gradually and depends on how competitive the niche is, the state of the site and the package chosen: the first shifts in rankings and traffic usually show after 2–3 months, a fuller effect on inquiries after 4–6. Judging it properly takes a single dashboard where Search Console, GA4, call tracking and the CRM feed one report.

Pricing

How much SEO for a corporate website costs

FAQ

Common questions about SEO for a corporate website

When should I expect the first results?

When should I expect the first results?

First movements in positions and traffic are usually visible within 2–3 months; a fuller impact on inquiries comes within 4–6 months of steady work. Timelines depend on the niche’s competitiveness and the site’s starting condition.

Do Core Web Vitals affect rankings?

CWV count as part of page experience, but good metrics on their own don’t guarantee rankings: more relevant content can rank higher even with worse metrics. We keep them healthy because they affect user behavior.

Will FAQ markup get a snippet in search?

Schema.org markup is semantically useful — it helps search understand the content. But a visible FAQ snippet isn’t guaranteed: Google shows such results sparingly. We add markup for correct recognition, not for a guaranteed snippet.

Do duplicate metadata hurt the site?

Templated title and description hurt relevance and snippets, but on their own they don’t make pages technical duplicates. We separate different things: content and URL duplicates, canonical, templated meta, and pages without unique value.

What to do with 404s and broken links?

A “site trust rating” as a separate metric doesn’t exist. But mass 404s, internal links to unavailable URLs, and incorrect duplicates complicate crawling, worsen navigation, and weaken internal signals — so we remove them.

Who performs the technical fixes on the site?

If the client has an in-house development team — we hand over clear specs and oversee implementation. If not — technical fixes are done by our own development team.
