Project Manager at Chyzh Agency since November 2023. I run mobile app and website development projects: prepare and manage budgets, track progress, risks, and variances, negotiate with external clients and partners.
Before Chyzh Agency, I spent 2 years in IT project management at AML Certification Centre (Tallinn, Estonia), where I handled international digital projects in the regulated financial sector.
Before moving into IT, I spent 5 years in banking: Manager of sales and service for corporate clients at PrivatBank, and Manager of sales and service for individual clients at OTP Bank. That background gives me a solid grasp of financial processes, KPI-driven work, risk management, and long-term corporate client relationships.
I completed specialized courses in Business Analyst in IT (Hillel IT School) and Project Management (GENIUS.SPACE). I work with Confluence, Jira, UML and BPMN diagrams, technical documentation, and mockups.
