Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in complex and regulated environments. I specialize in bringing structure to uncertainty: scope definition, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence, risk and dependency management, execution through operational readiness and launch.
At Chyzh Agency (ECHIZH) since January 2021. I lead 10-12 client implementations per year in SaaS and regulated platforms, coordinated cross-functional teams of up to 15 people, managed budgets from $5-10K to $300-500K. Delivery indicators: 80% of projects on time, 15% ahead of schedule.
In parallel, I worked as a Project Delivery Manager at KV38 Event for 7+ years: built CRM and delivery workflows, standardized onboarding and handoffs, coordinated marketing, design and operations teams for parallel workstreams.
Currently, I also work with RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) in Toronto: Client Advisor from February 2024, Banking Advisor from September 2025. I apply enterprise risk awareness, stakeholder governance and execution practices in a regulated financial environment. I have the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) certification and the Financial Markets course from Yale University.
I run the project management team at Chyzh Agency. My job is to keep every project on schedule, the team from burning out, and the client on a predictable path to results. I build processes that work without my hands-on involvement.
